Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (Python) Location: Ahmedabad/Pune - Work From Office Experience: 4 + years We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer who can contribute across frontend and backend technologies while effectively leveraging modern AI-powered engineering tools and workflows to improve productivity, software quality, and delivery efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on full-stack development experience, problem-solving capabilities, and an engineering mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, automation, and continuous improvement. Role Overview: Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions Work across frontend (React/Angular) and backend technologies (Python) to build modern applications and services Develop reusable components, APIs, utilities, and engineering accelerators Participate in technical solutioning, architecture discussions, and system improvements Write clean, optimized, secure, and production-ready code Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams Contribute to CI/CD, automation, observability, and operational excellence initiatives Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to improve development productivity and quality Create reusable workflows, prompts, rules, skills, automations, and developer enablement assets Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth Required Technical Skills: Strong experience in modern frontend technologies and frameworks like React, Angular Strong backend development experience using Python or equivalent backend technologies Good understanding of API development, distributed systems, and scalable application design Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and query optimization Solid understanding of: Data Structures & Algorithms Object-Oriented Design Patterns System Design Principles Software Engineering Best Practices Experience with version control systems, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies AI-Assisted Engineering Skills (Mandatory) Candidate should have practical exposure to modern AI-assisted software development practices and tools.
