Tech SEO & GEO Specialist - AI Led Search Optimization

Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Tech SEO & GEO Specialist to lead next-generation search optimization initiatives focused on AI-driven search ecosystems. This role combines deep Technical SEO expertise with AI-assisted optimization, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Search Generative Experience (SGE) capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in technical SEO, automation, AI/LLM integrations, and large-scale search optimization strategies for modern search and conversational interfaces. Key Responsibilities - Manage large-scale technical SEO initiatives including site crawling, indexing optimization, schema markup, rendering improvements, and Core Web Vitals optimization - Lead AI-assisted SEO strategies using LLMs and automation tools for content scaling, technical audits, and optimization workflows - Optimize digital experiences for AI-driven search ecosystems including GEO, AEO, and SGE - Design structured content and conversational search strategies aligned with semantic and entity-based search - Build and leverage SEO automation frameworks using Python, SQL, or JavaScript - Monitor organic growth, search performance, and technical health through advanced reporting and analytics - Drive crawl budget optimization, log file analysis, and indexing strategies for large-scale websites - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to scale SEO operations effectively - Stay updated with evolving AI-led search trends, search engine algorithms, and generative search technologies Ideal Candidate - 5+ years of overall SEO experience with strong focus on Technical SEO for large-scale websites and complex search ecosystems - Strong hands-on expertise in site crawling, log file analysis, indexing strategies, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization - Experience in GEO, AEO, or SGE with exposure to conversational queries, AI-driven search interfaces, and generative search experiences - Practical experience leveraging AI/LLM tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for SEO workflows and optimization - Strong automation experience using Python, SQL, or JavaScript for reporting, tracking, and SEO operations - Strong understanding of semantic search, entity-based optimization, AI-generated search responses, and modern search engine ranking systems - Expertise in technical website architecture, crawl budget optimization, rendering, and indexing at scale - Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and custom dashboards - Proficiency in Excel with a strong data-driven and automation mindset - BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, Data, AI, or related technical fields. MBA in Marketing or Analytics is an added advantage - Candidates from product-based companies, SaaS organizations, digital-first businesses, or high-performance SEO/marketing agencies are highly preferred Important Note This is not a traditional SEO role.
