About the role
As a UI/UX & Visual Designer at Crimson Energy Experts Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in designing cutting-edge technological solutions by leveraging AI, data analytics, and advanced engineering to solve complex challenges. Your primary focus will be on crafting intuitive interfaces for digital products and driving brand presence through compelling visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the design lifecycle of software products, from conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes. - Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to development, ensuring user-centric products ready for the market. - Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototypes within Figma. - Design and edit high-quality video content using Adobe After Effects, focusing on creating seamless transitions, motion graphics, and promotional videos. - Conceptualize and produce engaging graphics tailored for various social media platforms to support product launches and corporate branding. - Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive and professional aesthetic. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and visual/motion design, with a portfolio showcasing launched digital products. - Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems) and Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing. - Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for social media asset creation. - Eagerness to learn new design software and tools as project needs evolve. - Understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and spatial layout. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
