Test Lead (Manual Testing)

As a Test Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading the testing team and providing direction based on the prioritization of business requirements. Your role will involve defining business functions and processes, conducting manual and automated testing, and ensuring the quality of client/server and web applications. You will also be involved in test planning, specification, execution, and documentation standards. Roles and Responsibilities: - Define and understand business functions and processes - Lead manual testing and automated testing of client/server & web applications - Thorough understanding of different test stages (Component Testing, Acceptance Testing) & test activities (Planning, Specification, Execution) - Test management skills of Documentation standards (Test Plan, Test Condition, Test Cases, Test Procedures, and Test Summary Reports) - Act as a liaison between departmental end-users, IT analysts, and consultants - Architect complex test suites and test product releases - Document acceptance criteria and task estimation for new product development - Manage defects and analyze test cases prepared by team members - Provide assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching employees on new requirements Desired Candidate Profile: - Effectively report the overall status of your team to higher management - 8-12 years of working experience in software quality assurance - Basic understanding of HTML, .NET, and scripting languages - Working knowledge of SQL and database testing - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases - Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and performance testing - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) - Ability to lead, provide direction, prioritize, and organize work based on business needs To know more about us, please visit Crimsoni.
