About the role
As a Product Manager on the Interviewing Product team at Criteria, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the interviewing product to enable organizations to make fair, data-driven hiring decisions. Your primary focus will be on designing elegant, science-backed tools that empower interviewers, delight candidates, and seamlessly integrate with the broader Criteria ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute strategies to expand product capabilities and drive adoption of the interviewing product range. - Utilize data analysis, customer research, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Conduct competitive analysis to uncover differentiated product opportunities for increased market share. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define high-quality product requirements. - Manage the full product lifecycle, from opportunity analysis to execution, ensuring delivery of meaningful, high-quality releases aligned with business goals. - Partner with IO Psychology and Science teams to incorporate validated, evidence-based methods into product design. - Ensure tight alignment with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams for successful go-to-market execution and clear customer messaging. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering impactful SaaS or HR technology products. - Proficiency in analytics, experimentation, and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data, with experience in developing AI-driven products. - Demonstrated curiosity about users and a track record of identifying non-obvious customer needs. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders. - Technical fluency and understanding of contemporary web application architectures. - Familiarity with structured interviewing, IO psychology, or talent assessment practices. - Possess a growth mindset, open to feedback, adaptable, and enthusiastic about continuous learning. The compensation offered for this role is in the range of 29.9 - 32.5 lakhs per year.
