About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy large-scale AI models using generative AI techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and products. Develop technical roadmaps for new product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Ensure high-quality delivery of projects by setting performance metrics and monitoring progress. Job Requirements : 12-20 years of experience in software engineering management or related field. Strong expertise in artificial intelligence, particularly generative AI (AGENTIC AI) architecture. Proficiency in Java programming language and familiarity with retrieval augmented generation (RAG). Experience working on large language models such as transformers or similar technologies. .
