UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer in the FinTech industry, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive, secure, and user-centric digital products for financial platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing user-centric UI/UX solutions for web and mobile FinTech applications. - Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to enhance user experience. - Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders. - Ensuring compliance with FinTech regulations, data privacy, and security standards. - Maintaining and evolving design systems, style guides, and UI components. - Translating complex financial workflows into simple and intuitive user experiences. - Continuously optimizing user experience based on analytics and user feedback. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - 3-4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer. - Strong expertise in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, or Investment platforms. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. - Experience in designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces. - Knowledge of secure UX patterns for authentication, KYC, dashboards, and transactions. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints would be advantageous. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have: - Experience with B2C/B2B FinTech products. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. - Exposure to design systems and token-based UI. A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred for this role.
