Role- Lead Tableau Developer Exp 7+ Years Location Remote Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions Perform data validation, quality assessments, and root cause analysis Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders Support data governance and continuous process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles Strong SQL and Excel skills Strong Experience with Tableau Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field Nice to Have Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance practices Experience supporting enterprise transformation or HRIS/ERP environments Compensation: 100,000.00 - 120,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote .
