JD: Experience: 2 to 4 years Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases to ensure software functionality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements. - Design and implement manual testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing scenarios. - Work closely with developers, BAs, and RPA teams to understand business requirements, PDDs, and workflows, and provide feedback on test scenarios and process validations. - Identify, document, and track software defects using tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on a test case written by peers. - Maintain and refine manual test scenarios to improve efficiency and coverage. - Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI. - Perform manual testing when necessary to ensure thorough coverage of all test scenarios. - Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide insights into the quality of the software. - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - RPA QA experience is required clear understanding of PDD (Process Design Document), SDD (Solution Design Document), and the overall RPA project lifecycle. - Minimum of 3 years of manual testing experience, preferably in projects related to the Banking domain. - Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or in a similar role focused on software testing. - Robust understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation. - Experience in executing and managing test cases using manual testing techniques and test management tools. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenk .
