About the role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) and React. Moreover, you will lead end-to-end project execution across multiple parallel projects. Your role will also involve handling project switching efficiently with minimal ramp-up time, participating in architecture, design, and technical decision-making, managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of developers, conducting code reviews, ensuring best practices, and maintaining coding standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product Owners, QA, UI/UX, and Stakeholders, ensure performance optimization, security, and application stability, take ownership of delivery timelines and technical quality, support production issues, and provide root cause analysis. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API - Experience with React.js, Redux / Context API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices (preferred) - Database expertise in SQL Server (mandatory), NoSQL (added advantage) - Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper - Familiarity with Azure / AWS (preferred) - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices - Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies The company values excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven experience in team handling and mentoring, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, and an ownership mindset with an accountability-driven approach.
