About the role
- Manage and operate CT and X-ray machines efficiently for radiation-based inspection. - Ensure compliance with Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) requirements through the Elora portal. - Develop, implement, and monitor radiation safety protocols to ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Oversee radiation-based inspection systems to maintain product quality standards. - Investigate radiation-related incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. - Analyze customer complaints related to radiation processes and drive resolution. - Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to radiation safety and quality improvement measures. - Collaborate with engineering, and production teams for process enhancements. - Educate employees on radiation safety, quality management systems, and best practices.
