Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Analyze production capacity, demand forecasts, and manufacturing performance. Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure adherence to production schedules. Monitor daily production targets and resolve manufacturing issues proactively. Collaborate with the materials team on material planning and inventory optimization. Utilize ERP systems to manage production planning and reporting activities. Apply analytical and statistical techniques to improve production efficiency. Maintain accurate production data and prepare reports for management decision-making. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce inventory.
