POST-Quantitative UX Researcher Pune ( A WELLKNOWN FINANC Experience 3- 5 years. Mandatory criteria - Quantitative UX Researcher Strong UX Researcher (Quantitative Research / UX Analytics / Experimentation) Profiles. Mandatory (Experience 1) Must have 3+ years of experience in UX Research, Quantitative UX Research, Product Research, Consumer Insights, behavioral research, or Experience Research, with a strong focus on quantitative research methodologies for digital products (Web/App). Mandatory (Experience 2) Must have hands-on experience designing and executing quantitative UX research studies, including surveys, usability benchmarking, large-scale user feedback analysis, behavioral research, and statistical analysis to generate actionable product insights. Mandatory (Experience 3) Must have strong hands-on experience with UX Research & Analytics tools such as Maze, Contentsquare, and practical exposure to A/B Testing/Experimentation platforms for usability testing, customer journey analysis, behavioral analytics, and experiment result interpretation. Mandatory (Experience 4) Must have experience analyzing customer journeys, user behavior, funnels, clickstream data, heatmaps, session recordings, and digital experience metrics to identify friction points and optimization opportunities. Mandatory (Experience 5) Must possess strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar for quantitative data analysis, reporting, and insight generation. Mandatory (Age) Candidate age should be 28 years or below. Mandatory (Compensation) Candidate must be comfortable with the offered compensation structure of 80% Fixed and 20% Performance Variable. Preferred criteria Ideal Candidate Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical methodologies. Hands-on experience with SQL and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4. Ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable business insights. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills. Passion for improving user experience through data-driven decision-making Preferred (Experience 1) Candidates who have 70%+ exposure to quantitative UX research and use qualitative research only to complement quantitative findings.
