Deployment Engineer

As a Deployment Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining deployment pipelines for our software applications. Your expertise in CI/CD principles, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools will ensure seamless and reliable software releases from development to production environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of our quantum security product portfolio in diverse Enterprise IT environments (virtual/physical/container, on-prem/cloud/hybrid). - Act as a subject matter expert on our product portfolio, delivering implementation and integration into the customer's environment. - Be the customer's Go-To person for all matters pertaining to our deployments. - Lead Proof of Concepts and Demos, solutioning for the POC scope, implementation, and driving deal wins. - Work with customers throughout a delivery project life cycle, planning, solution design, deploying, and configuring our quantum security platform. - Develop configurations/rules/policies to cover customer's security requirements. - Provide and document best practices and recommendations on the product implementations. - Prepare and maintain project technical documentation for customer engagement. - Collaborate with Engineering and Products to ensure customer-specific requirements are understood and incorporated correctly. - Work with Customer Success managers to ensure successful adoption of the products. - Travel to customer locations if needed to assist in short-term implementation engagements. - Facilitate Knowledge transfer and education on our implementation to the client's teams. Skills/Experience Requirements: - Strong hands-on experience in implementing Network security solutions. - Strong understanding of network security, data security, and cryptography. - Experience in driving pre-sales solutioning, Proof of concepts, and product demos is a must. - Experience in cryptography and implementing data encryption products is preferred. - Hands-on experience in network security technologies such as Firewall/WAF, VPN's, routing/switching, IP addressing/subnetting, PKI, etc. - Experience deploying solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies is preferred. - Hands-on knowledge of scripting tools and technologies like C/C++, Python, Bash, Chef, Puppet, etc. - Strong client-facing and conflict management skills. - Ability to thrive in an early stage and growth startup environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver messages effectively. - Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Security, CISA, CISM, or similar network and security certifications are preferred. - 3-5 years of Deployment/Presales consulting experience in a Cybersecurity/SaaS organization.
