Job Overview: Salesforce Architect/ Developer with deep domain experience with full lifecycle Implementation strong experience in CRM technologies SalesForce.com products. The ideal candidate will have experience working as Salesforce developer/configurator providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for Saleforce.com Implementation Projects. Roles Responsibilities Participate in the development lifecycle: design, development, test, document, release and follow up. Develop custom applications and automation using Apex, JavaScript, VisualForce, AJAX, HTML, CSS, etc. Configure Salesforce and other tools in our technology stack to satisfy business requirements (workflow automations, custom apps and objects, security settings, etc.). Handle day to day development activities on the Salesforce platform using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components and Aura. Develop test classes and automation to validate business logic and avoid production issues. Research Salesforce capabilities as needed to suit business requirements and provide a gap analysis. Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution delivery. Provide support to the production environment by fixing bugs. Hands-on experience with enhancements development. Qualifications Should have at least 5+ years of SFDC development experience. In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application. Experience developing business solutions using SFDC. Proficient in Salesforce SFA, Case, APEX, Data, VisualForce, SOQL, SOSL. Experience working on the Salesforce Lightning Platform including Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc. In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of business processes. Proficient with development tools including Apex Data Loader or Workbench. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and organize information, work independently, and use good judgment.
