Role Overview We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, engineering organization, AI initiatives, and digital transformation. The CTO will define the company's technology roadmap, build high-performing engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that drive business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership Define and execute the company's technology vision and long-term roadmap.Align technology initiatives with business goals and product strategy.Drive innovation through emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, automation, and cloud computing.Engineering Management Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.Oversee architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of all technology platforms.Product & Platform Development Lead development of customer-facing web and mobile applications.Design scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures.Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all systems.AI & Data Strategy Drive adoption of AI across customer experience, operations, and business intelligence.Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks.Build analytics capabilities to support growth and operational excellence.Security & Compliance Establish cybersecurity policies and infrastructure.Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and security regulations.Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.Innovation & Digital Transformation Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption.Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.Work closely with founders to prioritize technology investments.Represent technology strategy to investors, partners, and stakeholders when required.Compensation: 30,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
