Head of IT Infrastructure Services

Define and implement the IT infrastructure roadmap, aligning with business objectives. Oversee end-to-end infrastructure services, including cloud management, virtualization, and system monitoring. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems. Cloud Virtualization Management Lead cloud strategy and operations across public, private, and hybrid environments. Manage virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms. Optimize cloud costs and resources while ensuring compliance and security. Network Data Center Management Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network architecture. Manage data center operations, ensuring optimal performance, redundancy, and disaster recovery. Ensure secure and resilient network connectivity across all locations. End-to-End System Monitoring Lifecycle Management Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues. Manage IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Automate infrastructure processes for improved efficiency and reliability. Security Operations Compliance Ensure IT security policies, frameworks, and best practices are implemented and maintained. Work closely with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks and enforce compliance standards. Drive incident response and disaster recovery strategies. Leadership Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure services team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within services and the wider CTS organization to drive IT innovation and efficiency. Work closely with Services COEs and Customer Success to embrace and implement best practices, ensuring global consistency and standardization in service delivery. Lead AOP (Annual Operating Plan) planning, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards. Leads IT Infrastructure specialists in multiple global locations ensuring alignment to strategy and daily operations. Required Qualifications Skills: Bachelors/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience in network management, virtualization, and data center operations. Knowledge of IT security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS). Proven ability to lead large-scale IT projects and teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Certifications: AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect VMware Certified Professional ITIL Foundation Certification CISSP / CISM (Security Certification)
