Job description:
Cuboid is growing our Data Integration Team with Integration Developers – remote work environment.
Enjoy developing and implementing technical solutions following architect guidelines, industry standards and client processes for highly complex requirements. Opportunities for automation, complex analysis, while working as members of high performing teams.
• Follow established quality standards, checkpoints, and communications processes to ensure project quality.
• Follow development lifecycle to achieve project objectives within budget and timeframe requirements
• Automate processes and solve reporting and analysis problems for business units and external stakeholders.
• Review code, unit tests, and designs in order to identify potential security, maintenance, and performance issues.
• Apply communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, describe, and resolve problems.
• Ensure stability, integrity, availability, productivity and efficient operation of applications.
• Create system documentation as required.
Required Skills :
A. Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two (2) or more years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
B. Three (3) years of professional experience developing Systems Applications to include server-side experience required.
C. Demonstrates analytical abilities and technical skills.
D. Web Service Application development required.
E. Expertise with Java, JSON, XML, and Git is required. Python, AWS cloud, Spring and Spring Boot experience is preferred.
F. Ability to work in both Linux and Windows environments.
G. Familiarity with command-line interfaces and scripting.
H. Experience accessing databases from applications.
I. Experience working in Agile environments preferred.
J. Familiarity with automated unit testing.
K. Ability to work as part of a team.
L. Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
M. Prior experience in the health care industry preferred.
N. Proven examples of displaying the IH values: Passionate, Caring, Respectful, Trustworthy, Collaborative and Accountable.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
• Work is typically performed in an office environment or remote environment with some physical demands such as: sitting for long periods of time (6-8 hours per day) bending, stretching, lifting, typing, speaking, hearing, handling, fingering, lifting up to 5 lbs., near acuity/clarity with or without correction, subject to inside environmental conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes, subject to moderate noise, and normal exposure to everyday risks and discomfort requiring common safety precautions.
• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through email and other electronic means, handle various types of media and equipment, and visually or otherwise identify, observe and assess. Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule and evening hours in order to meet deadlines.
