Job Description:

Reporting to the Supervisor of Operations, the Programmer Analyst 2/3 will define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new and current software applications and reports in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Programmer Analyst III will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.

The person in this position will have hands on experience with SSIS and SSRS implementations and supporting SSIS/SSRS code and solutions along with a broad technical and IT knowledge including programming languages, databases, and operating systems. Monitor the successful execution of ETL/Processes/Reports and resolve execution errors in a timely manner. Additionally, the person in this position will identify and implement enhancements to deployed solutions.

Required Skills:

• Using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, .Net (C#), Tableau and Power Platform, design, develop, document, refine, test, and deploy processes.

• Provide timely and accurate assistance and consultation to internal customers within assigned business areas.

• Building new processes or enhancing existing ones

• Adheres to departmental development standards.

• Documentation

• Document and maintain playbooks for processes to ensure long-term sustainability.

• Documenting technical process designs

• Prepares document migration procedures for Operations.

• Assists in developing templates for documenting technical solutions.

• Assists in developing templates for code migration procedures.

• Participates in code reviews

• Participates in peer code reviews.

• Provides feedback in peer code reviews.

• Other duties as required.
