Ideally have cruise line or similar hospitality experience ideally working on the Ecommerce side

Build Product regression automation suite and integrate it with deployment processes.

Lead and mentor a team of QA Manual Testers, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.

Collaborate with Test Engineers to identify opportunities for test automation and streamline the automation process

Ensure that automated test suites are up-to-date, efficient, and effectively integrated into the testing pipeline.

Collaborate with the Program Lead to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

Participate in test design and planning activities, including risk assessment and prioritization of test efforts
