About the role
In your role at Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, incident prevention and investigation, promoting a safety culture, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting risk assessments, and emergency preparedness. - Safety Compliance Monitoring: - Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, standards, and company policies. - Conduct regular Center FLS (Fire & Life Safety) audits to identify hazards and non-compliance. - Plan and facilitate monthly Safety Committee meetings with operations. - Support the development and execution of safety initiatives and programs. - Incident Prevention, Reporting & Investigation: - Ensure all incidents are reported, investigated, and closed with proper CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). - Analyze incident trends to identify improvement areas. - Promote proactive measures to reduce risk and prevent injuries. - Promoting a Safety Culture: - Foster a strong, positive safety culture throughout the organization. - Organize safety trainings, workshops, and awareness campaigns for staff. - Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work with cross-functional teams to create a unified approach to safety. - Communicate safety policies effectively across all levels of the organization. - Encourage employee feedback to enhance safety practices. - Risk Assessment & Documentation: - Stay updated on safety regulations and industry best practices. - Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) for new tasks, equipment, and processes. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of audits, training, and incidents. - Emergency Preparedness: - Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans. - Ensure staff are trained and aware of emergency protocols. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience and hold either an ME / M.Tech in Industrial Safety or a BE / B.Tech degree. Additionally, key competencies required for this position include strong ethical conduct, deep commitment to safety, result-oriented mindset, excellent investigation & problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, advanced MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel.
