About the role
This role will support DBU Supply Chain sites in the West Region (Irvine, Denver, Edmonton). Core Responsibilities / Activities Lead execution of manufacturing and capital projects from concept through implementation, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved. Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems to improve operational performance and manufacturing readiness. Serve as the technical lead for cross-functional project teams, driving risk mitigation, issue resolution, equipment commissioning, and successful project delivery. Skill, Education, or Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field, with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing, industrialization, or capital projects in a production environment. Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment installation and commissioning, process development, capacity analysis, and production readiness activities. Experience applying engineering problem-solving and risk management tools such as Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Preferred Skills, Education, or Experience Experience with automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing technologies. Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) and experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional stakeholders.
