To be successful in this role you will need the following: Prioritize safety in everything you do by championing proactive health and safety practices, identifying risks early, and helping create an injury-free testing environment. Execute testing with precision and technical excellence by ensuring proper test setup, test article builds, equipment calibration, and data acquisition processes that generate reliable and trustworthy results. Leverage strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring problems that could impact product performance or test quality. Analyze and communicate data effectively by producing clear, accurate reports that enable engineers, customers, and stakeholders to make informed decisions based on test outcomes. Manage complex technical challenges with confidence by interpreting test requirements, troubleshooting equipment and systems, and making sound decisions in fast-paced and demanding environments. Drive results with initiative and accountability by taking ownership of testing activities, adapting to new challenges, meeting commitments, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes. Support operational excellence through maintenance and data quality by applying preventive and predictive maintenance practices, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining high standards of data integrity. Collaborate effectively across diverse teams by communicating clearly, valuing different perspectives, mentoring others when appropriate, and building strong partnerships with engineers, technicians, suppliers, and customers.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma, GED or equivalent required with Department of Labor Certification OR Associates degree from an accredited program in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience OR Bachelors degree in a related field.

Experience: Department of Labor Certification OR four year experience/education requirement accomplished through either Bachelors degree in related field OR associates degree in related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
