Senior Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

We’re seeking a talented Senior Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Morristown, TN Cummins location.

• Equipment procurement excellence : You’ll influence capital decisions by selecting equipment that meets technical requirements, improves capability, and supports long‑term operational goals.

• Continuous improvement execution : You’ll identify waste, implement improvement methodologies, and reduce cost while improving quality and throughput.

• Controls engineering integration : You’ll apply controls hardware and software expertise to ensure new and upgraded equipment integrates seamlessly with manufacturing systems.
