Develop and deliver supply chain analytics across Business Units to drive performance visibility in areas such as lead time, delivery, logistics, working capital, and order management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability, customer service, and inventory outcomes.

Job Summary

Develop and deliver supply chain analytics across Business Units to drive performance visibility in areas such as lead time, delivery, logistics, working capital, and order management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability, customer service, and inventory outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain analytics to track operational performance and trends

Build and enhance reporting capabilities for key Supply Chain KPIs

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports

Use business systems to create repeatable and scalable analytics solutions

  1. Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify improvement opportunities

Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions

Develop supply chain models for scenario analysis and decision-making

Perform benchmarking (internal & external) to identify best practices

Provide financial analysis to support business decisions

  1. Business Translation & Stakeholder Collaboration

Understand business requirements and convert them into actionable insights

Translate business problems into clear technical/analytics requirements

Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and analytics/data teams

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

  1. Solution Development & Validation

Guide development of analytics/AI solutions aligned with business needs

Validate outputs against operational and business realities

Test solutions with end users and refine based on feedback

  1. Adoption & Change Management

Drive adoption of analytics solutions across supply chain teams

Develop training materials and user documentation

Conduct workshops and demonstrations to enable usage

Gather feedback and continuously improve solutions

Strategic Partnership (20% of time) Understand the business requirements and convert them into functional insights Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Translation and Requirements Engineering (30% of time) Translate business problems into clear, actionable technical requirements Document functional specifications, success metrics, and acceptance criteria Facilitate workshops between business stakeholders and data science teams Ensure alignment on problem definition, data requirements, and expected outcomes

Solution Development and Validation (30% of time) Guide AI/analytics solution development to ensure business relevance Validate model outputs against operational reality and business logic Interpret technical results and translate into business recommendations Test solutions with end users and incorporate feedback

Adoption and Change Management (20% of time) Champion analytics solutions among Supply Chain teams Develop training materials and user documentation Drive adoption through demonstrations and success stories Gather user feedback for continuous improvement System

Thinking (Ability to understand and connect E2E supply chain process with business and understand interdependency, connecting with Digital Tech will be added advantage) Digital Exposure (Familiarity with AI capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use cases (not coding expertise), Knowledge of data structures, quality requirements, and common data challenges The Individual working in EMEA shift (12PM to 9PM) with global stake holder and across multiple functions.

Skills & Competencies

Technical & Functional Skills Supply Chain Analytics & KPI Management Material Planning & Inventory Optimization Data Analysis, Modeling & Scenario Planning Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, dashboards, etc.) Understanding of ERP/Planning systems and data structures Familiarity with AI/analytics concepts and use cases Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Effective communication and stakeholder management Process optimization and continuous improvement mindset Global collaboration and cross-functional working Preferred Knowledge PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Supply Chain Planning Tools / Advanced Planning Systems Exposure to digital technologies and data quality frameworks

Qualifications

  • Post grad/Certificatin in Data Analytics

  • Experience Worked on Digitization or System role are preferred. Overall experience on 8-12 years with Supply chain and Data exposure preferred Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
