About the role
To be successful in this role you will need the following: Technical Certifications & Quality Expertise : Success requires IATF Internal Auditor certification, VDA knowledge, and solid command of core tools, GD&T, and foundational 6S and welding concepts to ensure robust quality oversight. Leadership & Team Development : You’ll lead, coach, and mentor Team Leaders, Technicians, and Inspectors while defining team strategy, driving engagement, and managing the MNC area to meet commitments. Data‑Driven Decision Making : Applying statistical tools, interpreting graphical data, and using metrics to verify products and processes will be essential for effective change management and continuous improvement. Customer, Supplier & Audit Management : You’ll manage customer and supplier concerns through root‑cause analysis, ensure accountability to prevent recurrence, and actively participate in internal/external audits and customer visits.
Education, Licenses, Certifications: Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific subject or experience equivalent is required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience: Intermediate level of experience required. Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Program Management role in the automotive industry or a similarly regulated industry. Minimum of 2 years of related manufacturing or quality experience required.
