Business Systems Analyst, Sr. - Onsite Position The Business Systems Analyst will support Document Control and Configuration Management (CM/DM) functions by managing and optimizing business systems such as Smart Sheets, Oracle, Power BI, Agile, SAP, and SQL databases. This role will provide technical guidance on the business impact and capabilities of these applications while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Working independently and collaboratively with the CM/DM team, the Business Systems Analyst will help develop, implement, and improve tools, processes, and best practices to enhance configuration management, document control, and overall business system effectiveness. Location: Santa Clarita, CA Salary Range: $ 94,700.00 - 130,000 per year plus bonus. Data Management customer approvals. Data Management Metrics; Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and KPIs for executive reporting. Design and support of SDRL and document control visibility and tracking using Smart Sheets. User support and training related to business systems and reporting Works with technical staff in the resolution of related CM/DM tool problems and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future system requirements to meet the CM/DM organizational needs. Evaluates and recommends changes to established methods to achieve departmental / BU objectives. Chairs internal user group discussions. Applies technical knowledge to ensure that the system performs efficiently and that customers are provided with required services. Adheres to processes within the Business System environment to ensure sustainable compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. What You Bring: Professional Certification from appropriate vendor is desirable Strong written and oral communications. Working knowledge of specific Business System (Agile, Oracle, Smart Sheets, SAP Power BI, SQL Database) and module level integration Working knowledge of finance and manufacturing operations Experience in application development/modification/personalization Experience with CM/DM practice and best business practices.
