Job Title Senior Civil Engineer Job Description Summary Job Description Responsible for maintaining effective relationships between tenants and the Ambience Management team Major Responsibilities Project Execution & Site Management Lead and supervise all civil construction activities at industrial project sites. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor day-to-day site activities including foundations, RCC structures, steel structures, paving, drainage, and finishing works. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives. Coordination Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Reveiw work schedules and monitor project progress against milestones. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and piping teams for smooth project integration. Resolve technical issues and site challenges efficiently Qualification Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil). Experience in EPC, industrial plants, factories, warehouses, refinery, steel, cement, or power projects preferred INCO: Cushman & Wakefield'
