Product Manager II

As a senior Product Manager at Cvent's Hospitality Cloud team, you will play a key role in owning a complex product domain, encompassing enterprise integrations, cross-functional delivery, and strategic roadmap leadership. Your responsibilities will include embedding AI-first thinking at every stage, driving outcomes tied to measurable OKRs, and leading Problem & Solution Discovery with stakeholders. Key aspects of your role are outlined below: Role Overview: You will be responsible for strategic product leadership, AI-first product thinking, execution excellence, and platform health, as well as stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership. Your role will demand thriving in ambiguity, earning stakeholder trust, and maintaining a high bar for execution and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Own your domain roadmap tied to measurable OKRs and drive outcomes - Lead structured Problem & Solution Discovery with internal stakeholders, integration partners, and enterprise customers - Drive Go-To-Market readiness end-to-end, from inception through launch and post-release iteration - Embed AI as a default lens in every discovery phase and own end-to-end development of AI-powered features - Drive delivery accountability, manage third-party vendor integrations, and define strategies to hit OKRs and key product metrics - Act as the single point of accountability for product decisions in your domain, lead alignment across various teams, and partner with integration vendors and enterprise customers - Write clear requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria before sprint start Qualifications Required: - 912 years of experience with 5+ years in product management for SaaS products - Hands-on experience building AI products is a strong plus; proficiency with AI tools is required - Proficiency with analytics platforms to measure and drive adoption - Experience with third-party integrations and enterprise software ecosystems is a plus - Strong product sense, solid grasp of software development, integrations, and system design - Data-driven, analytical, self-starter with exceptional communication and influencing skills Please note that legitimate Cvent recruiting communications will always come from an official name@cvent.com email, and the company does not request payments or sensitive personal information via chat or social media platforms.
