Senior Technical Business Analyst

Position Objective We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Technical Delivery & Support Business Analysts to play a pivotal role across multiple strategic workstreams within our global technology and operations function. This is a broad, high-impact role that spans the full delivery lifecycle from gathering and analysing requirements through to system enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solutions. This role demands a consultative mindset, strong analytical skills, and proven experience navigating matrixed, global environments. You will also be expected to develop and act as a subject matter expert in the current system landscape, with a strong understanding of end-to-end functionality and usage. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 710 years of progressive experience in Business Analysis roles, with at least 3 years at Senior BA level .Demonstrated experience working across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment .Familiar Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent) desirabl eProven experience in data migration projects including data mapping, quality validation, and cutover and rollback planning .Experience supporting country or regional system rollouts, ideally across multiple geographies .Exposure to AI or emerging technology projects, including requirement definition and feasibility analysis .Experience and proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirement management and documentation .Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders .
