Team Leader, Engineering

Job Description Provide technical leadership to a group of backend and frontend developers, as well as QA engineers. Stay up-to-date with technological trends in the industry and continuously motivate engineers to leverage best-in-class technology in building enterprise-scale software. Engage actively with the team to provide technical and architectural guidance in building the next-generation Identity Security Platform. Participate in continuous and iterative software development cycles, with an emphasis on code quality, supportability, scalability, and performance. Mentor other engineers and ensure adherence to CyberArk Engineering practices and security coding guidelines. Collaborate with other engineering teams, Product Management, and field professionals to understand customer requirements and continuously enhance the product. Participate in and ensure the adoption of solid software engineering principles such as unit test automation, code reviews, and continuous integration. Interface with the Support team to handle customer escalation issues, diagnosing and fixing product issues found internally or in the field. Assist engineering leadership in hiring efforts and team development. Qualifications BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree. 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise software.
