Field CISO

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information security, consulting, or technology leadership.

Demonstrated experience advising executive-level stakeholders and aligning cybersecurity strategies with business objectives.

Understanding of cybersecurity products and services from leading technology vendors

Experience supporting complex pre-sales engagements, executive customer discussions, or strategic cybersecurity initiatives.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, risk management, and industry best practices.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.

Preferred:

Previous experience serving as a CISO, Deputy CISO, Security Practice Leader, Enterprise Security Architect, or similar executive cybersecurity role.

Experience presenting to Boards of Directors, executive leadership teams, or other senior business stakeholders.

Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations or strategic customer pursuits.

Experience developing multi-year cybersecurity strategies or transformation roadmaps.

Established thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, or participation in professional cybersecurity organizations.
