Role & responsibilities Mac Laptop Administration & End-User Support Provision, configure, and deploy Mac laptops for new hires (imaging, MDM enrollment, standard software installs) Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on macOS devices (performance issues, OS updates, app crashes, peripheral/connectivity problems) Manage device enrollment and policies via MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, or Apple Business Manager) Handle day-to-day helpdesk tickets and walk-in requests; maintain a strong first-response SLA Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across company systems (email, SSO, shared drives, SaaS tools) Coordinate hardware repairs/replacements with vendors (AppleCare, third-party repair services) Maintain an asset inventory of laptops, monitors, and peripherals IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineering Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi across office locations Administer core business systems: email (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365), identity/SSO (Okta, JumpCloud, etc.), and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure as applicable) Set up and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint security solutions (antivirus, encryption, patch management) Monitor system health/uptime and proactively resolve issues before they impact the business Own IT security basics: password policies, MFA rollout, device compliance, and data protection practices Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers (ISPs, SaaS tools, hardware suppliers) Document IT policies, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for internal use Support office setup/moves, conference room AV systems, and printers/scanners Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes from an IT systems perspective Must-Have 4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar hybrid IT role Strong hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting macOS devices in a business environment Experience with an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, or similar) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls) Experience managing cloud productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) Familiarity with identity/access management and SSO tools Strong troubleshooting mindset able to diagnose and resolve issues independently Excellent communication skills; comfortable supporting non-technical employees Nice-to-Have Experience supporting a mixed environment (Mac + Windows/Linux) Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, or AppleScript) for automation Experience with endpoint security and compliance tools Prior experience in a startup or small/mid-sized company (~50150 employees) Relevant certifications: Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), CompTIA A+/Network+, or similar Perks and benefits Health Insurance, Term Insurance, Provident Fund, Annual Bonus
