Job Title: Senior Manager – IT & Cloud Operations Location: Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd., NSEZ, Noida (Onsite). Company Website: www.cyfuture.com ; https://cyfuture.ai/ ; https://cyfuture.cloud/ Role Overview We are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager – IT & Cloud Operations having 8+ years of experience into Cloud and Data Centre to lead enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, Linux platforms, Kubernetes operations, data centre operations, storage platforms, DevSecOps transformation, and service reliability initiatives . This role will own the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure and platform services including cloud operations, OpenStack environments, Kubernetes platforms, automation, observability, security governance, and cost optimization (FinOps) while ensuring enterprise-grade availability, scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in hybrid cloud, Linux ecosystem, cloud-native platforms, storage architecture, SRE practices, and large-scale managed operations environments. Key Responsibilities 1. Cloud Operations & Platform Engineering Own enterprise Cloud Operations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Lead platform modernization initiatives using OpenStack, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud-native architecture . Drive infrastructure scalability, resilience, and self-service provisioning. Define operational standards for uptime, availability, and platform governance. Manage enterprise cloud lifecycle including provisioning, migration, optimization, and decommissioning. 2. Linux, Kubernetes & Microservices Platforms Lead architecture and operations of large-scale Linux-based environments . Manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters for multi-tenant workloads. Drive adoption of microservices architecture , container orchestration, and service mesh. Establish Kubernetes governance covering cluster security, upgrades, and reliability. Enable containerized application delivery using CI/CD and GitOps practices. 3. OpenStack & Data Centre Operations Own deployment and operations of OpenStack-based private cloud environments . Lead Data Centre Operations including compute, virtualization, storage, networking, backup, and DR. Ensure Tier III/Tier IV operational readiness and business continuity. Manage capacity planning, performance optimization, and infrastructure lifecycle. 4. Storage, Backup & Infrastructure Services Lead enterprise storage operations across: SAN / NAS Object Storage Distributed Storage Platforms Backup & Recovery Establish storage governance for performance, redundancy, and business continuity. Drive infrastructure standardization and automation. 5. DevOps, Automation & SRE Build and scale DevOps and SRE operating models . Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks. Drive CI/CD transformation and release automation. Establish observability platforms and proactive incident management. Improve deployment velocity and reduce MTTR. 6. Security Operations (SecOps) & Governance Own cloud and infrastructure security posture. Drive DevSecOps adoption across infrastructure and application pipelines. Lead: Vulnerability Management SIEM Integration IAM Controls Zero Trust Frameworks Security Automation Ensure audit readiness and compliance adherence. 7. FinOps & Service Excellence Establish cloud cost governance and optimization models. Drive consumption visibility, chargeback/showback mechanisms. Optimize utilization across compute, storage, and network. Own SLA management and operational KPIs. 8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead cross-functional teams across: Cloud Operations Linux & Platform Engineering DevOps Security Operations Data Centre Operations Partner with business, sales, pre-sales, and customer stakeholders. Support technical solutioning and enterprise transformation initiatives. Technical Stack (Must-Have) Cloud & Virtualization OpenStack VMware AWS / Azure / GCP KVM / Hybrid Cloud Linux & Containers Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) Kubernetes Docker Helm Service Mesh Storage & Backup Storage (Dell EMC / NetApp / HPE / Safe Storage Platforms) SAN / NAS Object Storage Veeam / Commvault / NetBackup DevOps / Automation Terraform Ansible Jenkins GitLab GitOps CI/CD Pipelines Monitoring & Observability Prometheus Grafana ELK Zabbix APM Platforms Security & SecOps SIEM IAM Endpoint Security Vulnerability Management Zero Trust Required Qualifications B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent. 8-10 years of experience in Cloud, Linux, Data Centre, Infrastructure Operations, Platform Engineering, or DevOps . Minimum 5 years in team leadership roles. Hands-on experience managing production-scale Kubernetes/OpenStack environments. Proven exposure to automation, FinOps, security, and operational governance.
