AI Architect

As a Gen AI Architect, your role will involve designing and implementing generative AI-based solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for leading the design, governance, and industrialization of enterprise-grade GenAI platforms and solutions across engineering and manufacturing domains. This position requires a combination of deep technical architecture skills, strategic advisory capabilities, and delivery governance expertise to enable scalable, secure, and business-aligned GenAI transformation for global clients across various business domains. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing generative AI-based solutions - Leading the design, governance, and industrialization of enterprise-grade GenAI platforms and solutions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Enabling scalable, secure, and business-aligned GenAI transformation for global clients - Providing strategic advisory and delivery governance Qualifications: - Masters or Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related fields - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities - Proficiency in building and deploying generative AI models - Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models - Experience in programming languages like Python, R, or other coding platforms relevant to AI model development - Good understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security aspects for structured and unstructured data - Familiarity with RAG, vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, Agentic workflows, tool calling, memory systems, Prompt engineering, tuning strategies, evaluation frameworks, multi-model orchestration, and inference optimization - Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment - Leadership experience with large, cross-functional global teams and ownership of AI & GenAI transformation programs - Strong stakeholder management skills at CXO and VP levels - Excellent communication skills for executive storytelling and solution visualization.
