Sr. Engineer Test Engineering

As a Test Engineer specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Production Testing, your role will involve supporting testing, debugging, and technical project coordination within an EMS/PCBA manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial part in developing and executing test strategies, troubleshooting product failures, and ensuring the smooth operation of production tests. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or related electronics disciplines. - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electronic circuit testing, PCBA manufacturing and testing processes, ICT FCT and Functional Testing, debugging techniques, and the ability to perform root cause analysis. - Tools & Systems: Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, functional test setups, and test software. Exposure to ERP/MES systems is an added advantage. - Soft Skills: Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers, as well as strong project coordination and documentation abilities.
