About the role
Role Overview: You will be in charge of project management, focusing on implementing operational excellence initiatives such as new business practices, process improvement projects, and transformational projects across various multifunctional areas of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee all AI transformational projects - Ensure the Project Management organization's profitability meets or exceeds budget targets - Offer technical support and guidance to project teams - Identify and escalate any impacts to project scope, resources, schedule, or budget using standard procedures - Manage project/program interdependencies to achieve program milestones and deliverables - Evaluate projects and implement necessary changes, including mid-project recovery, re-scoping, postponement, or cancellation - Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Monitor project workload and make adjustments as necessary - Provide feedback, development, and coaching to Functional Area leaders and project team members Qualifications Required: - Must have experience working on AI Software Development projects - Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with a strong background in project and line management - Preferably hold a Six Sigma black belt certification - PMP certification is desirable Additional Details: N/A Role Overview: You will be in charge of project management, focusing on implementing operational excellence initiatives such as new business practices, process improvement projects, and transformational projects across various multifunctional areas of the business.
