Job description AI Data Analytics and Business Data Manager We're looking for a business-smart data generalist who lives at the intersection of operations and AI tooling. You don't need to be an engineer but you need to be fluent in the new wave of AI-powered analytics: building MCPs, running Claude-powered data workflows, auditing data quality with AI tools, and turning messy operational data into reliable insights. If you've been quietly building things with Claude, Looker Studio, and GCP while everyone else was still writing tickets this role was made for you. What will you be building AI-Native Analytics: Use Claude, MCP integrations, and AI/BI tools as your primary analytics stack not as an afterthought. Data Integrity, Data Quality: To have a functioning top floor, we need to have the best basement. Our data. Run AI-assisted audits to find metric mismatches, duplicate sources, and trust gaps before leadership does. Business-First Dashboards: Redesign reporting around real operational questions not what was easy to build. Connected Data Sources: Map and unify fragmented data across ATS, VMS, BigQuery, QuickBooks, and AppSheet. Map fragmented data across BigQuery, Firebase, GCP, ATS/VMS platforms, QuickBooks, AppSheet, and phone systems into a coherent source-of-truth picture Prepare clean semantic data layers to support AI assistant and NLP query capabilities across our platform Translate leadership business questions into structured data models, KPI definitions, and dashboard layouts that actually get used Core requirements Proven experience using Claude (or similar AI tools) to run analytics, build workflows, or manage data not just chat Hands-on with AI/BI tools: Looker Studio, Claude Projects, or similar MCP-connected analytics setups Strong business acumen you understand operations, not just data models Ability to translate ambiguous leadership questions into measurable metrics and clear dashboards Solid SQL and comfort working across fragmented, multi-source data environments Experience running or designing data quality / data integrity audits Big plus Python scripting for data automation or lightweight ETL Google Apps Script / GCP experience (Sheets automation, Cloud Functions, etc.) BigQuery experience and familiarity with GCP data infrastructure Experience with MCP server setup or AI agent configuration Familiarity with master data management or semantic data layer design Regards, Abhishek abhishek.s@cynetcorp.com 9667077005 Job description AI Data Analytics and Business Data Manager We're looking for a business-smart data generalist who lives at the intersection of operations and AI tooling.
