Workday Reporting Consultant - Prism Analytics

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday reporting tools, calculated fields, dashboards, and data analysis, enabling business stakeholders to make informed decisions through accurate and actionable insights.The role involves working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business teams to gather reporting requirements, develop customized reports, and optimize reporting capabilities across the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.- Gather and analyze business reporting requirements from stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and other functional areas.- Create and enhance Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and BIRT reports.- Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic to support business needs.- Build dashboards and scorecards to provide meaningful business insights.- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.- Troubleshoot report-related issues and optimize report performance.- Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.- Perform testing, validation, and deployment of reporting solutions.- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless reporting integration.- Create and maintain reporting documentation, user guides, and knowledge repositories.- Provide end-user training and support on Workday reporting capabilities.Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with:1. Dashboards and Analytics- Expertise in creating and managing Calculated Fields.- Strong understanding of Workday business objects and data sources.- Experience with BIRT reporting and report customization.- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, or Finance modules.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Workday Reporting Certification.- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.- Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning and Workforce Analytics.- Experience in Workday implementation, enhancement, or support projects.- Knowledge of data governance and reporting best practices.Educational Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
