District Lead Engineer

Lead and manage engineering projects within the district, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning phases, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, supporting their professional development and growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans and schedules, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Coordinate with internal departments, external contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for engineering projects.
