Key Responsibilities: - Discuss and translate business needs into a compelling application vision, strategy, and roadmap - Collaborate with development teams and cross-functional colleagues while ensuring team health - Gain a deep understanding of Cytels Enterprise Application needs to shape product strategy and tactics - Define key metrics for application success and monitor performance closely - Utilize Agile project management for tracking progress - Implement good documentation processes using Jira and Confluence - Plan releases and adhere to timelines - Gather feedback post-release, track issues, and provide resolutions - Demonstrate proficiency in Azure infrastructure and applications deployment in Azure as SAAS, PAAS, etc. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in a product management role or relevant field - Proven track record of leading a product through the entire lifecycle, from roadmap creation to post-launch execution - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for product delivery - Ability to craft convincing product narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences - Strong attention to detail combined with a strategic perspective to ensure clarity for the team and partners - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related field Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in working cross-functionally and building relationships with teams and senior executives - Experience in developing applications in an Azure environment and utilizing DevOps - Knowledge of privacy regulations and compliance approaches - Background in security-focused products such as identity management and observability - Experience in developing enterprise software, technologies, and platforms - Ability to drive innovation in scaled environments At Cytel, you will be part of a dynamic healthcare CRO/Biotech company that values innovation and technological advancements to revolutionize healthcare.
