Lead, Tech (Private Credit)

The Private Credit Tech group at D. E. Shaw & Co. is looking for an experienced software developer to join our Tech team based in Hyderabad and Gurugram. This team is an extension of the firm's Private Credit business, based in the New York and London offices. The Private Credit business involves providing loans to private companies to facilitate capital for business growth, expansion, or refinancing existing debt. The Private Credit Tech team plays a critical role by developing the tools used by the business team for their daily workflows, working closely with the analysts to build analytical and operational tools that streamline pre- and post-trade business functions. .
