About the role
Experience: 4 -8 Years Role: Senior Software Engineer / Java Backend Developer Project Domain: Sales CRM, RBAC, Enterprise APIs We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to enhance and maintain a large-scale Sales CRM platform. The role involves understanding vendor-delivered systems, designing scalable backend services, improving code quality, debugging production issues, and delivering secure, maintainable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend services. Understand existing codebase, PostgreSQL schema, and business workflows. Design, build, and enhance REST APIs. Work with generic API routing and service-layer execution. Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using users, roles, groups, resources, and permissions. Debug API, authentication, authorization, validation, and database issues. Work with PostgreSQL, Liquibase, JPA/Hibernate, repositories, and SQL optimization. Integrate backend services with Flutter Web and web frontends. Maintain Swagger/OpenAPI documentation. Support deployments across Local, UAT, and Production. Prepare setup guides, API documentation, database documentation, and KT materials. Collaborate with QA, frontend teams, architects, and management. Required Technical Skills Java 17/21 Spring Boot Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate PostgreSQL & SQL Liquibase or equivalent migration tools REST API design and debugging JWT Authentication & RBAC Maven multi-module projects Git branching, merge strategy, and code reviews Strong debugging using logs, Postman, Swagger, browser network tools, and SQL.
