About the role
Job Profile :- 1. Having knowledge in maintenance and troubleshooting of AC & DC drives. , HT & LT motors and its control centers, electrical switchgears, weigh feeders, vibrofeeders, rotary kiln slip rings, DG sets, and transformers. 2. Maintenance of Distribution Transformer, H.T. motors, L.T. motors, switchboard, panels and its accessories in Steel Melting Shop Division. 3. Handling the shift independently and attending the troubl shooting related to the SMS. 4. Having hand knowledge of power and control circuit drawing of L.T. and H.T. equipments. 5. Both preventive and break-down maintenance of all line equipments of steel melting shop. 6. Keen Understanding of the ISO-9001:2000&14001 quality system & TPM, Five Sigma. Should have exposure of working large integrated Steel Plant. Should have Relevant Experience In Electrical Maintainence In Steel Melting Shop (LRF, EAF, VOD). Exposed to HT/LT, Motors, AC & DC Drives,Circuit, Breakers, Prevention & Breakdown maintainence, 5S, TPM, Etc. Computer Skilled Computer usage for Performance monitoring: Developed periodical performance monitoring system through SAP/ERP/ Oracle with extensive use of computers at all levels.
