Senior Architect

Job Title -Senior Architect Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of architectural projects. Prepare and review conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering consultants. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct client meetings and present design proposals. Review construction documents, specifications, and material selections. Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues. Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and government authorities. Identify project risks and implement effective solutions. Maintain high standards of design quality, sustainability, and safety.
