About the Role We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer/Technical Lead with hands-on expertise in the MERN Stack, React Native, AWS Cloud, AI/ML, and modern software architecture. This role requires someone who can own the complete software development lifecyclefrom gathering business requirements and designing system architecture to development, deployment, and production support. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable joining client discovery calls, understanding business requirements, proposing technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to convert opportunities into successful implementations. Key Responsibilities Product Development Lead end-to-end product development for Web, Mobile, and Cloud platforms. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. Build reusable and maintainable software components. Develop REST APIs and Microservices. Design scalable database architecture. Implement CI/CD pipelines. Ensure application security and performance optimization. Frontend Development Hands-on experience with: MERN Stack (React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js) React Native & Expo JavaScript, TypeScript & Python REST APIs & Microservices MySQL & MongoDB AWS Cloud Docker & Kubernetes CI/CD & Git AI/LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, Agentic AI) Minimum 3 years of engineering team leadership experience Hybrid Work Policy: This role follows a hybrid work model. Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Gurugram/Delhi NCR are preferred.
