Own SST & Paint processes (pretreatment, PAL coat/anodizing, powder/liquid paint)for quality & throughput. Outflow Rejection controlling, knowledge of Liquid Painting Maintain OPR & Closure rate New Product Handling Required Candidate profile Skill Matrix Preparation Knowledge of IATF Paint defects (runs, orange peel, blister, adhesion) analysis, MSDS compliance, ventilation/oven safety. Oven profile checks, saltspray/crosshatch basics.
