Tasks We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our products while collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones. You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that the product vision aligns with customer needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap. Ensure alignment with stakeholders and translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories. - Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized and reflects the needs of the business and users. Continuously refine and prioritize user stories based on feedback and changing priorities. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, marketing, and sales teams, to gather requirements, validate concepts, and gather feedback on product features. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distributed development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, provide clarifications, and facilitate communication across different locations. - Sprint Planning & Review: Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that development teams are focused on delivering value in each iteration. - User-Centric Focus: Advocate for the end-user by conducting user research, analyzing data, and leveraging user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements. - Performance Metrics: Define success metrics for the product, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience. - Documentation & Communication: Maintain explicit and concise documentation of product requirements, user stories, and design specifications.
