3- 8 years prior experience in Oracle Applications technical consulting role in Strong SQL, PL/ SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions experience Experience in Business flows, setups, testing and creation of AIM documents Good understanding of SDLC methodologies and role of quality assurance throughout the lifecycle Experience in Workflows, Alerts and Customizations Techniques Good articulation skills Understanding implicit requirements in functional specifications Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills is a must Ability to interface and manage customers independently
