Reporting & Analytics Lead - Power BI

Responsibilities : - Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.- Work across functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.- Automate reporting processes, reduce redundancies, and establish a single source of truth.- Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.- Provide actionable insights through analytics to drive business performance.- Ensure compliance with organizational data management, risk, and governance standards.Experience : - Minimum 5+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles.- 2+ years in Power Bi dashboard development.Skills Required : - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (verbal & written).- Expertise in Power BI, SQL, VBA macro, Oracle R&A, SAP Business Objects, etc.- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing requirements, and manage complex activities.
